All orders, including The Lit Box and other bookstore items, will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days from the purchase date. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on memberships, subscription boxes, or any other purchases.
