Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing The Lit Twist Mobile Bookstore to enhance your special occasion. To ensure a seamless experience, please carefully review and agree to the following terms before booking. 🕰️ Booking Minimum & Hours All bookings require a 2-hour minimum. Standard rate is $200/hour. Any additional time requested in advance is billed at $150/hour. Same-day or on-site requests to extend your booking (subject to availability) will also be billed at $150/hour and must be paid immediately via card on file. 💳 Payment Terms & Refund Policy Full payment is required to secure your booking. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cancellations due to weather, change of plans, or other personal conflicts. A credit/debit card must be kept on file for security and liability purposes. Your booking is non-transferable and date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. 📍 Location & Address Change Policy The address provided at booking will be considered the confirmed event location. Any change to the original address must be submitted in writing no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. Last-minute location changes (within 72 hours) are subject to a $75 re-routing and coordination fee, or may result in cancellation without refund, depending on feasibility. 🚐 Arrival & Set-Up The Lit Twist team will arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking start time for setup. If you request earlier arrival/setup (beyond 30 minutes), you will be charged a $50 early arrival fee per half hour, billed separately. Access to a safe and secure parking location (minimum of 20 ft.) is required for setup and duration of service. 📚 Guest Engagement & Book Sales Your guests will receive 10% off all book purchases made during your event. A team member will be present to assist guests, facilitate purchases, and ensure the experience is immersive, respectful, and aligned with The Lit Twist brand. 🛡️ Damage & Liability You, as the host, are fully responsible for the actions of all guests during the booking. Any damage (intentional or accidental) caused by you or your guests to the mobile bookstore, book displays, shelving, signage, inventory, or equipment will result in damage charges billed to your card on file.
